Simply print and complete the registration form, include your membership fee in your class registration payment (if applicable) and mail both the registration form and your check (made payable to Elderwise) to: Elderwise at Cleary University, 3601 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Or, call the Elderwise office if you have questions: 734.929.9097.
You do not have to be a member of Elderwise to attend classes. However, paid membership entitles you to a 50% discount on class registration fees. Learn more about our membership benefits.
Please Note: For Winter Term 2012, registrations received by mail or by hand delivery will be date-stamped and processed in the order they are received. We will be accepting and recording requests for registration beginning Monday morning, November 21. To register for Winter Term classes, please complete the registration form and send or deliver it to Elderwise at Cleary University , 3601 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Please remember to enclose or attach your check in the correct dollar amount.
